I just in the past week replaced both the resistor and blower motor on my 2003 dodge Durango & now no air blow out of my dash vents

Did you check the fuse for the blower motor? It can be blown from the resistor or motor malfunction. If the motor is running but you can't feel it coming out of the dash anywhere it could be a bad blend door motor, blend door or the cabin filter could be plugged.
