03 Ford explorer limited 4.0 4x4

Need help. My 03 ford explorer limited stalled on
me and said high oil temperature and low oil
pressure. Won't turn over at all. Gauges are fine oil
was recently changed

Sounds like symptoms of a failed oil pump. Without the oil circulating the oil temp will rise and no pressure will develop.
