Windows wil not go up or down have power in the fuse box under the hood but no power at the door what do I check now

I don't mean to make light of your situation, but how cold is your weather?? I have an '02, and this happens when it's very cold. It takes about 2-3 days of warmer temps before they'll work. One window needs a regulator.

Am I correct is saying you used a volt meter in the fuse box and one on the master switch inside the drivers side door. If you have voltage at the fuse and no voltage inside the door at the connection then you have a wring problem somewhere between the two.
