2003 V6 camry O2 sensor

Hello,
I have a check engine code for bank2 sensor1 on
my camry. I am not sure where this is located and
which company makes the original sensors? Also,
what tools will be required to replace it?

I got a 2002 ford explorer there's nothing wrong wit my transmission but its not shifting rite sometimes it drives like there's nothing wrong then next it won't shift it shifts wen u first go but not 2nd time but let's me get to 55 garage guy checked MY transmission and he said nothing wrong with transmission tht it's electrical
