1984 mustang wont start when cold

Car has 3.8 v6 with cfi fuel injection. wont start without starter fluid when its
cold outside.

Thanks for you reply. I was looking for possible answers. The car is a daily driver. The gas is OK. The car starts fine when not cold out. It runs fine always when started regardless of temperature outside.
