O/D light flashing

Couple days ago the light O/D light was flashing. When
I’m driving. When shifting to second to third it runs high.
After it is in third gear it is fine?

That is a warning that there is transmission issues. There probably are fault codes that can be read by a transmission shop.

Heed the warning and take it to have the code(s) read. Neglect may force you into expensive repairs or having to replace the transmission.
