coilovers , catback exhaust system, downpipe
. id be grateful for any insight on whats the
best parts to get , and by the way i want a low
ride height .

Coilovers will get you the low ride height you want, though ride quality will suffer and you'll want to avoid potholes. Search around some Audi forums to see what other Audi owners are using.
