Question type: Car Customization

I installed an aftermarket radio in my TT successfully but it was so cold out
I took out the entire center console and disconnected the AC head unit.
After reconnecting everything, radio working fine, the AC head unit
(climatronic) does not even light up. Bentley says it needs to be reset or
recoded. Will that turn it back on? Also when I turn the headlight switch to
the on position, the blower blows full blast.

Ok, I figured it out. the wiring harness was manufactured a little on the short side so one of the connectors (the one closest to the passenger side) is extremely difficult to connect. There is barely enough length of wire. It has to be manipulated through the square opening for the lamp underneath the ash tray assembly. OMG, do you think they could add an inch to the wiring assembly?
