Dead battery

My battery died out because I left my
fog lights on. Well my battery charge on
its own??

No it will not charge on its own, and do not try having the vehicle charge it also, because it is hard on the alternator trying to charge a dead or low battery. You would need to put the battery on a battery charger to get it fully charged.
