I have a 2001 Acura Cl 3.2 . Why is my battery light & brake light both flashing. Then i turn the car and try to restart, i get nothing til 8 hrs later. What is this??

Battery been tested and its Good also the
alternator is only 10 mnths old. Still under
warranty.

I would get the alternator tested, sounds like it is not charging. Jump start the car and take it somewhere to see if it is charging. This would only take a few min.
