A/C and Cruise Control cut off intermittently, restart resets both

while driving or idling A/C will start blowing warm air. Restarting car will fix it.
While driving Cruise Control will just shut off, restarting fixes it.
Both happen independently.

shot somewhere run the a/c and take the center dash down it just prys from the top hinged on the bottom and wiggle some wires and see if the short is in there
