I have a 2003 Town & Country and the A/C fan intermitently stops blowing air.at times. Sometimes, turning off the ignition and restarting will cause the A/C blower start blowing again.

One of 2 things is most likely the problem. The fan itself or the blower resistor. I would recommend replacing both. One thing can cause the other to go bad
