Make, model, mileage and year of manufacture are only a few of the components of pricing. At 140k mileage, chances are that many components, e.g., belts and hoses need replacing. And, no matter how slick the oil, there may be some compression issues. After 70k miles, the low end of a value range is usually the accepted benchmark. So, check the classified section of your newspaper and apply the lowest price quoted. Kelly Blue Book and Edmunds are also a source. But again, the mileage of 140K is a significant factor in depreciation.
