I'm interested in a 2006 Scion TC but it has 201,000 miles.  The
car is well taken care of inside as well as out.
  how long this car will last.? Is it worth purchasing?

Are you buying it as a second or third vehicle? Then it might be worth it if you just drive it occasional. For a daily driver and you want it to last a few years? Probably not. How many miles do you drive a year?

It's always a huge gamble on high mileage cars. Even well taken care of cars at that mileage are risky, not to mention it's well past the service interval for certain components like a timing chain. If owner can't produce a maintenance record for those service intervals I would pass. The key to buying a used car is LOW MILEAGE.
