Is there a factory sticker on frame and vibration in steering wheel

Is their a sticker on the left side of the frame just below the drivers door, from GM originally ? We are looking at buying 2007 Hummer H3 we test drove and noticed a vibration in steering wheel when stoped at traffic light

there should be a sticker on the drivers door, i dont know about stickers on the frame, but it wouldn't surprise me. Vibration in the steering wheel while braking is caused by warped front brake rotors, they either need to be resurfaced or replaced. A vibration in the steering wheel while driving is more likely a tire or tire balance problem
