These are two separate circuits. I'd start with the fuses (look for "TAIL LIGHT" fuse). After that you have to use the process of elimination, but first you need a circuit diagram to know whats involved in your tail light (eg: headlight switch, alarm system, ignition switch ...). Good luck :-)
Rear tail lights will not turn on. Brake lights will come on when pedal is depressed
