Check fire at the plug,s,if you have fire then it more then likely will be the fuel pump,or filter.Alot of the new pump,s are bad to start with,or go bad soon after you install them.

Crankshaft and camshaft sensors possibly on the front of the motor underneath the manifold or on the side of the manifold I believe there's two wires going into the motor have somebody wiggle both of them when you try and start it I'm having the same problem but most of the time when I wiggle that wire it'll fire rate up

Theres a fuse under the hood l, driver box, that says sensor, check if its blown, replace if so. Fixed my problem, I experienced sudden stall and no spark. Hope this helps!!!

If you checked all the, fuses, relays, crank and cam sensors, coil, fuel pump and filter, and starter and you still got no start then your the chip in your key went out and have to get it reprogrammed. I would go to a local locksmith they do it for far less than the Dealer would.

I know this is an old post, but I thought it might help someone researching this same problem. My 2007 Spectra did the same thing, it was the emergency fuel cutoff switch. It either needs to be reset or replaced. If you're not getting current to the fuel pump but it turns over and the fuses are good, it's probably the cut off switch. It is a switch that cuts off the fuel in case of an accident. If someone smacked your car, or you hit a huge pothole, it can turn the switch off. I had to take my car to the dealership because I couldn't figure it out. It was $275 and it would have only cost me $50 if I would have figured it out myself.
