2007 SAAB CD Ejection.

My 6 CD unit will not allow me to eject the CD's, it says ejecting, hear the
mechanism, but no CD is ejected. CD's are stuck in the unit.

Usually that happe d when CD's have paper labels, they come loose and jamm up

It sounds like the mechanism broke. Your probably going to have to remove the unit from the dash and take it apart to rescue the discs. Look at picking up another used unit. ebay usually has some for sale. The cost to repair is not worth it, plus trying to find someone who will repair is tough these days.
