Will not start

Replaced number 77 fuse and
crate that holds all the fuses
under the hood have all my lights
Safety Lock is not on we just got
it shut off but it will not turn over
and the fuel pump does pump up

check all positive and negative connections . Remove clean and reinstall. You have not replaced the ignition without reprogramming the new FOB correct ?
