My hood release is broken. How do I get my hood open on a Range Rover HSE Land Rover?

well it depends on the nature of what's broken...if you can get to the outside sheath...put a vice grips to get a good grip and pull on the wire with a pliers....if the cable is pulled off the end near the hood...all I can suggest if get a mechanic's prybar which is long enough and the chisel point can force the mechanism into compliance~

some have noted that with a common clothes hanger wire....can be bent to fashion a "hook tool" if you know what/where to pull....on~
