Just the inner shoulder on that one tire? I'm assuming your Range Rover has an Independent Rear Suspension, with a diff and CV Axles and not a live, solid axle assembly. You need to make sure all of the tire pressures are set correctly (to the specs on the inside of the driver's door or in the owner's manual, not the number on the side of the tire) and then bring it into a competent shop for a 4-wheel alignment. Inner shoulder wear on just that one tire is going to indicate excessive negative camber on the R/R. There may be factory adjustability for that, but there may not be. Being a Range Rover though, it will probably have both camber and toe adjustments on the rear...but if it's toe-only back there, it will require either an alignment part such as a cam bolt or adjustable link arm back there to add adjustability, or it will require repair of whatever is causing the camber problem (worn out spring/collapsed suspension air-bag, bent part, etc.) Make sure whoever you take it to is qualified and capable of performing alignment diagnostics. Most of your places like Walmart, Tire Kingdom, etc. have unqualified/underqualified and uncertified techs performing the alignments.
