how to get in contact with person interested in the listing cars

I got a few feedback from cargurus, n I appreciate your work.
but I can not get in contact with the potential buyer, as there is no information about the
person interested in the listing in feedback messages. this is not convenient for both sides
so I need cargurus further help on bridging seller n buyers. thanking you.

looking for a tracking of which IP adresses have visited you?...not sure what you'd do with this information>>>be sure to include an email that interested parties can get to you using...the trail ends here>....this is unacceptable...you cannot force a person to buy a car...if it's the car they are looking for, they WILL get ahold of you~
