When I leave in the mornings, my car shifts really hard! Then I will park for a few minutes and then when I put it in drive and doesn't want to move. So it starts out very very slow down the road.

First thing is do a complete fluid and filter change and then take a look a the shift solenoids if the car is still doing the same thing...
