2003 9-3 convertible - fog lights won't come on and brights won't stay on. Just picked up this car. Anyone have insights or post referrals for common problems that may be likely source(s) of the problems? Thanks in advance.

I had the same problem. I researched and found out that the running lights are on all the time. The switch on the dash controls the lights from running to regular beams. Turn the dial to the 3 o'clock position. The high beams will work in that position only. Not sure about the fog lights but I'll bet they are the same way. Hope this helps.
