if it does there is a switch on the turn signal on and off and resume the set button is on the end of the turn signal itself (little push button)

Mine does. I think it's an option. You push in on the end of the turn signal when it's turned on, and it stays there. If you don't see any indication of it on the turn signal handle, your car probably doesn't have it.
