If there is no play in the door, up and down, then the hinges need to be adjusted.

Welded on door hinges get adjusted by a tool that is attached to the door by the locking mechanism. Then you actually lift up on the door with the special tool which actually BENDS the door back into alignment. The other method I have seen is to use a floor jack and a 2x4 placed on the inside bottom lip of the door. Jack it up using the trucks weight as resistance. It will take a few tries but this will align the doors also. Good luck
