There is no ground single coming from the ecm to the injectors. I have replaced the ecm and throttle position, air idle, and map sensors. I also checked the ground wires and cleaned the conections.

I had something like this happen to my 1500, it also died when i put it in reverse. I changed the knock sensor and the rotor button on mine. It turned out the the cam gear ate up the distributor gear, so you may want to check that out.

I changed the battery alternator tensioner pulley assy serpentine belt and positive battery cable to the starter. And it still does it.
