why is it stuck in 2nd?

Replaced shift solenoids filter and fluid didn't fix it

2nd is the 4l80e's limp mode. The trans must have lost power. Check your fuse

Fuse is in the end of the drivers side dash in the fuse panel. If you don't have the cover mine is #20
