What causes a weak spark

A few months back I replace my intake manifold gasket I put it back together I time my truck I put it back TDC and and put the distributor face 1 I replaced the crank sensor put new spark plugs & wires & new distributor cap & a new rotor and I tested the spark with a tester it giving a orange spark.

A bright blue spark is best. A yellow/orange spark signifies weak ignition. BUT IT CAN BE THE PLUG ITSELF TRY A DIRRERENT TYPE..BRAND...GAP POWER FEED LINES CAN BE MADE LARGER EASY TO ADD A MSD BOX TO IT..
