How do I get to the under dash fuses, such as the windshield washer motor and passenger seat heating?

Is it under the glove compartment and all that plastic for the heater?  A picture would be
nice...or drawing.  Thanks.

I think the fuse /relay center is under the hood on the passenger side. black box that says so . very easy to access, at least on my 98 century.
