How far do you have to disassemble the dash to remove the heater core

I am trying to change the heater core on my 96 park ave ultra. So far I have removed the glove box, the bottom portion of the dash assy that includes the ashtray, air bag pass side out, the facade covering the inst cluster and air bag area, stering column is detached, I cant find anymore fasteners to remove.

it really helps if you have a repair manual. i never seen anybody guess their way to fix a car.
