blower wont switch to defrost

blower wont switch to defrost and window now icing up badly. HELP ME
please as angry daughter is up my *** cuz i wont let her drive in any  snow

Might have a stuck mode door, or the mode door has a bad actuator. Look up your model's mode door layout and determine where that mode door is inside the dash, and how to access it to test the actuator and/or replace it. It's usually the actuator that goes bad.
