Blower motor wont shut off

My blower wont turn off i have digital controller all my
controls work fine but when i go to push off nothing
happens it stays on even if i turn the car off what could this
be

The blower motor controller has probably failed. I am not sure where it is on your car but here is the location on a 1993 Riviera.....Buick may have changed its design and location on your car. It is item #1 in the picture.
