03 Buick LeSabre muffler delete

Hey, I'm wondering. I have a 03 Buick lasabre 3800 series 2, I know the
engine needs back pressure and I'm wondering if it gets the back
pressure from the cats or the muffler or both I'm wanting to make it
sound a little beefy but I planned on doing a muffler delete only and
leaving everything else. Can I do it without losing all power?

You should install a performance muffler instead of deleting the muffler. It will prevent you from getting noise tickets.
