I'd suggest getting a Haynes manual for your vehicle to show you how to safely remove dash trim. The Regal radio should work but may require a patch cable.

yes the dash pannel is a pain but here we go first remove the trim pannels along the bottom where the bump on the dash meets the pannels(mine are woodgrain) they just unclip next there are 3 or 4 fastners where u just uncliped the trim ,Put E-Brake on and move the shifter all the way to 1st and tilt wheel down ,next start to pull the whole dash pannel off with care ,its not split anywhere so the pannel runs the whole length of the dash with clips at the top thin section and where u removed the lower trim pannels.. after that the radio is exposed (if not changed before ) there are 4 screws -2 on each side , then the radio should just pull out ,remove the antenna and the main plug ..
