Catalyst temp range low.... you have a sensor in front and behind the catalyst converter.. if the temps are not in a certain range this can trigger this code.. it could just be the o2 sensor located in front of the catalyst converter.. that would be bank 1

Jim. The code has nothing to do with fuel level.. I have had the car since new and mine has 270,000 us miles. I'm sure I know I have had every code imaginable .. Still the first O2 sensor you run into
