I have a Buick La Saber 1997 and i can fell the heat coming out it just won't blow any air and the only time when i can feel it blow a little is when i am driving on the high way. whats wrong with it any answers?

You either have a bad blower motor or it's not getting any voltage. From your description the heater core is working fine.

I think your car has a "cabin air filter" if it is dirty it can greatly reduce the airflow.
