1997 Buick Century cranks but won't turn over
.replaced air and fuel filter..sounds like it's out Of
gas but it has fuel

You may not have enough pressure should be about 45lbs, check the pressure at the rails, you may need a new fual pump or you injectors may be leaking or bad...
