Car won't start, makes clicking noises and dash lights flashing

Asked by Dawn Aug 29, 2016 at 05:55 PM about the 2005 Chrysler Town & Country LX LWB FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I was in the middle of replacing two new headlights and the left taillight
fixtures on my 2005 T&C minivan, when the car started making clicking
sounds, near the black IPM (Integrated Power Module).  Lights on the dash
were also flashing.  I was wondering if this happened, because I had the
lights on and the key in the ignition (on battery) while doing the
replacements.  I was thinking a dead battery.  Any ideas?
