Parking lights and dash lights won't go out

Are the lights set for automatic on/off? They should turn off after 10 seconds or so.

No I turn them off manually. They have never been automatic on off.

My original post should have said the dash lights and parking lights don't go off when I turn my lights off. When I open the door, it dings as if I have left my keys in the ignition or left the lights on

You may have a defective light switch or maybe the relay is stuck on.

Actually, these were recalled due to the light switches malfunctioning. They replaced the switch on my 2005 T&C just last year. No charge.
