I have a chrysler town and country van and
the driver side headlight is out. Could it be a
fuse or do the light need replaced

If it was a fuse both Headlights would be out Replace the Blub

Mr16055 has no idea what he’s talking about. There are separate fuses for each side. But Chrysler products are known for this problem. The problem is inside the fuse box module.
