A604 shift pack replaced, still won't shift

bought this van for $400 cuz it wouldn't shift and
was going to be junked. did the research and
replaced the shift pack since it was in fact in limp
mode. bought a BorgWarner shift pack for $65
new in the box, but it's still not shifting. there is no
obvious wire damage. all codes went away except
for low/reverse. now what?

did some more research and going to check the wire harness further and the control module. the problem could very well be in the harness it's still
