Turn signal/ parking light problem

I replaced the right front turn signal bulb and still
didnt work I checked for power at the socket with
a test light and it has power but when I install the
bulb it dont blink and marker dont light up, so the
socket has power but when bulb is in it still dont
work what is my problem, please help

Does it have a ground? Is it the correct bulb?

I took the old bulb with me when I bought the new one and I beleive it has a good ground when I test it with the test light it all works fine the blinker side blinks and the parking light side lights up but when I put the bulb in it dont work
