The lightning bolt on the dash means that there is a problem with the electronic throttle control system in your vehicle

Is that the gas pedal and sensor together on floor that bad

I have a 2017 Pacifica and a light with parenthesis and a lightening bolt comes on when I start the it then shuts off after a few seconds it just started doing this. Every now and then the vehicle seemsa little sluggish. Any clue
