2007 aveo surging at idle

Everything is new timing and fuel pressure is good
with no vacuum leaks detected.  Surges at idle
with no drivablity issues.

Sounds like a bad IAC (Idle Air Control) valve. Hope that helps! Jim

No. Let me repeat on what's new. The whole engine is rebuilt. It is bored 1mm over with new pistons, rings, bearings, oil pump, timing belt( installed correctly, checked 3 times), lifters, plus, wires, coil, egr, Map sensor, iat sensor, cam sensor, crank sensor, complete exhaust including cat, throttle body( iac and tps was on it), water pump, altenator, starter, all coolant hoses, pcv valve, compression was checked all 4 cylinders were even, fuel pressure is good with no bleed down, new injectors, both O2 sensors are new and reading good. I checked for vacuum leaks can't find any. The purge solenoid new also. Car runs great during test drive. No ecm code hard or soft. Any guesses??
