07 GP Gxp. After the latest visit to local GM dealer yet another problem
arose. Headlights are on constantly while running, day or night. High beams
come on randomly at night even while in traffic and don't want to go off.

Return to the dealer and have them fix it. Bring your paperwork that shows they were the likely cause.
