I got how do I seal them with weatherstripping and
what kind of weatherstripping do I use?

http://www.homedepot.com/p/Frost-King-E-O-5-16-in-x-1-4-in-x-17- ft-Gray-EPDM-Cellular-Rubber-Weatherstrip-Tape- V25GA/100081207 we used that on my buddys scion tc and its held up so far (almost 2 years)
