For some reason the hazard lights flash at times without pushing the button to
turn them on. Only way to stop them from doing this is to pull the fuse which
in turn stops the blinkers from working. How can i correct this?

Is there a way to bypass or disconnect the hazards but leave the blinker circuit intact?

The radio fuse was disconnected, so it doesn't work..That's fine with me, but the radio light still stays on when the car is shut off. It was used when I got it so there's no manual with it.
