The battery light on the dash came on while driving. As I drove the short distance home, it went off and came back on a few times with no real consistency as far as speed, acceleration, driving, stopped, braking, ect. Advance Auto tested the battery and said it was ok, but that I likely need a new alternator. What is the least expensive way to ensure that is really the issue?
