Right brake light stopped working while
headlights on. Replaced bulbs, harness, and
brake light assembly. No results. Help.

In my case it wasn't the harness, the bulb or the fuse, it turned out to be the socket that the light bulb gets inserted to. Had to go to the junkyard to find one since they are no longer available and they have a few that look exactly like the part so I tried one and only the brake light would come on but not the running light. I scraped the old one and got a year more outta it which gave me enough time to find a replacement for it.
